Our client, a education support charity are currently seeking a Team Administrator to provide assistance on a new project. This will be for a 1 year fixed term contract and you will be joining an established team based in Sutton.
The key responsibilities for the Team Administrator:
To provide all round team and business support
Receive, process and administer large volumes of applications
Finance tracking through excel data input
To respond clearly, effectively and courteously to all external enquiries
Help on report work and information gathering
Essential criteria for the Team Administrator:
Proficient and confident in Microsoft Office
Demonstrable experience in data input and admin support
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines accurately
Able to provide a customer-focused approach to service delivery
