This large Not for Profit organisation, are recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to elevate a great recruitment function to an exceptional market-leader. You’ll work alongside the recruitment team and HR Shared Services Manager to support and steer a redefined recruitment strategy, designed to attract and select the best possible talent.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the delivery of a re-focused recruitment function, having improved and simplified both recruitment processes and systems. This role would suit a commercially focussed candidate, who would be keen to impact an already excellent recruitment team.

This is a 12 month FTC contract and would be perfect for a Talent Acquisition professional with experience in rolling out a similar project.

Main responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Partner include:

  • Evaluate current recruitment function, working with the HR Services Manager to enhance and transform existing practice

  • Review employer branding and existing applicant tracking system, making recommendations on functionality of recruitment technology where necessary

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition project to build a future talent pipeline

  • Review agency partnership working

  • Work with line managers to coach up and skill in better sourcing solutions

Essential criteria for the Talent Acquisition Partner include:

  • Technical knowledge to transform existing processes and systems using innovative thinking and practice

  • Recent experience at Manager/Head of level in the area of talent acquisition 

  • Experience evaluating recruitment technology and making recommendations on improving functionality

  • Recently delivered a similar project to transform an in-house recruitment function
