A well-established charitable organisation is looking for a Systems Project Manager to join them, on an initial 6-month contract, to support the Finance Director in the development of the systems and lead on their change management projects.
- Lead on the development of the newly implemented finance management and reporting system
- Ensure that training programmes are written and rolled out across the users
- Liaise with the third-party consultants on issues with system processes and get them resolved
- Oversee the implementation of the new grants management system and roll out the enhanced interface for expenses, payroll and reporting modules
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of how a range of financial systems work (PS Financials and SQL database knowledge would be advantageous) and will have project managed the implementation of these. You will also need to possess strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, third-party consultants and end users.
