TPP are recruiting for a well established charity. This charity helps people with complex disabilities. The charity helps people communicate and experience the world.
They are looking for a motivated Supporter services Manager you will be based in the London offices. This role is 37.5 hours a week.
This role is a diverse, demanding and business critical role. You would be maintaining the day to day operations of the supporter services team. Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all supporters, existing and potential, who engage with the charity.
You will regularly and systematically review the teams work processes, procedures, supplier agreements and existing supporter services strategies to identify areas of strength and recommend areas where further development is possible.
You will m,maintain day to day management of a busy team, including the relationship and quality management of the fulfilment house's and relevant third party relationships critical to supporter services and function, ensuring SLA's are met.
Please get in touch if you've got demonstrable experience of reviewing and developing processes, supported by extensive knowledge of working in the charity sector and a Supporter Engagement setting. You'll be an excellent communicator, with strong customer service skills.
Management is a pivotal part of the role; the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead, coach, energise and motivate the team; carrying out line management responsibilities to ensure that the team are performing at their optimal level.
