We are working with a well-known health charity to recruit a Supporter Services Executive; the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for the charity sector.
Main duties for the Supporter Services Executive
Manage queries received by email, post, phone and on social media.
Create and manage records on Raiser's Edge accurately
Batch income from supporters and to process and thank
Keep abreast of campaigns across the organisation
Send out materials as required to deal with supporter enquiries
Essential criteria for the Supporter Services Executive:
We would like you to have the following experience:
Previous experience of working in a customer or supporter service environment
Knowledge/understanding of working with supporters and best practice in supporter ca
Working knowledge of relationship management databases
Strong communication and relationship building skills
