Main duties for the Supporter Services Coordinator:

Deliver first class supporter care

Responding to supporter enquiries within agreed timescales

Managing supporter complaints

Liaising with supporters regarding fundraising events

Processing collateral requests

Database administration

Incoming processing


Essential criteria for the Supporter Services Coordinator:

Previous experience of working within a customer services or supporter care environment

Experience of working within a target driven environment

Excellent telephone manner

Good knowledge of CRM databases
