Our client, a charity that supports children and young people who have life threatening conditions, is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone within their Supporter care team. This is a permanent role and is based in north east London.
Your main responsibilities as a Supporter Services Administrator will be:
First point of contact for incoming calls and emails for supporters.
Provide outstanding supporter care.
Accurate processing of donations and data updating.
Produce and send out letters of acknowledgement to supporters.
To process and thank all incoming donations from individuals.
As a Supporter Services Administrator, you will have the following essential criteria:
Experience of working in a similar role within a charity organisation.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience of charity CRM databases.
Outstanding interpersonal and donor care skills.
Experience of office administration systems and data input.
Demonstrable administrative or customer service experience in a similar role.
