This leading health charity are recruiting a senior Customer Services Manager to cover a 12 month maternity cover.
As Supporter Service Centre Manager, you will develop, deliver and champion the centralised contact point for the charities supporters, members, volunteers and general public.
Responsible for a team of five Supporter Care Officers, you will monitor their KPI's, providing them support to ensure they all provide the highest level of customer/client care.
As a key member of the management team, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the leadership, planning and policy formulation of the wider Supporter Care department.
Although our client may prefer candidates from a similar role within the charity sector, they are also very open to candidates from a commercial Customer Service management background.
