TPP Recruitment working currently working closely with an amazing Disability charity as they look to recruit a Supporter Retention Manager to join them for a 12-month period. This is an amazing time to join this ambitious team as the look to make the most of the continued investment they have received and the success they are having.

The Supporter Retention Manager will be tasked with the development and delivery of direct marketing activities that inspire and motivate supporter to continue their support and contributions. You will manage over a programme that includes newsletters, upgrade and reactivation programmes, raffles, PSMS and telemarketing activities. An important part of this role and for them to continue their success is the presenting of campaign proposals with the aim to improve supporter engagement activities. Part of the role will be to manage over the 2 Fundraising Executives, ensuring you have clearly set out their targets as well as personal development plans. You will also be responsible for managing over all suppliers, maintaining agreed levels of service and processing supporter's data.

They are looking for a candidate that has solid experience within Direct Marketing, delivering successful campaigns across a variety of different channels. Key to this role will be knowledge of different approaches, having experience delivering through telemarketing, raffles and digital. You will have experience managing a relationship with suppliers/external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and with the right message. You will have experience line managing a team, being key to their personal development and success of their work. Finally, they will be looking for someone who is confident analysing data, using this to drive successful campaigns.
