TPP Recruitment is currently working closely with an amazing disability charity as they look to recruit a Supporter Retention Manager to join them for a 12-month period. The Supporter Retention Manager will be tasked with the development and delivery of direct marketing activities that inspire and motivate supporters to continue their support and contributions. You will manage over a programme that includes newsletters, upgrade and reactivation programmes, raffles, PSMS and telemarketing activities. Part of the role will be to manage two Fundraising Executives, ensuring you have clearly set out their targets as well as personal development plans. You will also be responsible for managing suppliers, maintaining agreed levels of service and processing supporters' data.
They are looking for a candidate that has solid experience within Direct Marketing, delivering successful campaigns across a variety of different channels. Key to this role will be knowledge of different approaches, having experience delivering through telemarketing, raffles and digital. You will have experience managing a relationship with suppliers/external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and with the right message. You will have experience line managing a team, being key to their personal development and success of their work. Finally, they will be looking for someone who is confident analysing data, using this to drive successful campaigns.
