Our client, a leading global charity has an exciting opportunity that has presented itself within their growing team. This is a permanent role based in London. Your main responsibilities as a Supporter Care Officer will be:
First point of contact for incoming calls and emails for supporters.
Provide outstanding supporter care.
Accurate processing of donations.
Produce and send out letters of acknowledgement to supporters.
Process queries through Raisers Edge.
As a Supporter Care Officer, you will have the following essential criteria:
Experience of working in a similar role within a charity organisation.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience of charity CRM databases, especially Raisers Edge.
Outstanding interpersonal and donor care skills.
Experience of office administration systems.
Good understanding of Gift Aid procedures is a desirable.
