TPP is working with a well-established health charity based in the city of London to recruit a Supporter Operations Manager, working specifically with community fundraisers and supporters.
The successful candidate will come from a NFP background and will have strong customer care experienced coupled with fundraising operations knowledge.
Main duties for the Supporter Operations Manager:
Manage all response handling of supporters, including: phone, email, letter, website and social media
Assign new supporters to community managers
Manage the team, provide training and support to ensure all supporters are fully cultivated
Work closely with the supporter engagement management to ensure compliance is in place
Improve supporter experience and processes across the division
Manage stock fulfilment
Work with the database team to maximise quality and integrity of supporter data
Essential criteria for the Supporter Operations Manager:
Experience within supporter care
Knowledge of fundraising, community would be desirable
Proven experience of compliant handling
Strong leadership skills, including staff management and development
