A well-established youth related charity is seeking an experienced Supporter Journey Manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of the supporter journey process and will be working closely with fundraising teams to improve supporter service and communications.

Main duties for the Supporter Journey Manager:
To lead on the coordination of communication plans across teams to ensure financial and non-financial goals are achieved
Work with fundraising teams to coordinate the review, development and implementation of the organisations stewardship/supporter journey plan
To support fundraising and communication teams to identify appropriate fundraising approaches
To deliver segmented electronic mailings and relevant newsletters for specific audiences
Project manage an outbound telephone fundraising programme
Line management of one member of staff

Essential criteria for the Supporter Journey Manager:
Strong knowledge of individual stewardship and supporter care principals
Experience of using a fundraising database, working with a data team to select appropriate data for mailings
Experience of managing multiple projects
Experience of setting and managing multiple budgets and plans
Excellent relationship building skills
