We are working with a health charity to recruit a Supporter Insight Manager for their growing team, the successful candidate will have strong technical skills and ability to analyse supporter data.

Main duties for the Supporter Insight Manager:
Monitor and anaylse the experience and behavior of supporters
Improve processes and ways of working to ensure supporter insight is at the heart of income
Track, monitor and analyse engagement of supporters
Lead the development of processes to capture supporter experience
Facilitate partnerships between internal and external supporters
Support the Head of department with innovation process
Management of 3rd party agencies
Maximizing Gift Aid income, ensure full regulations and compliance is maintained

Essential criteria for the Supporter Insight Manager:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
Proven experience of analysing and interpreting statistical data
Proven experience leading or supporting innovation
A proven understanding and experience of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Practical experience of managing external research agencies and working with third party suppliers and partners
Strong project management skills
Ability to use data visualisation software and programmes, like Tableau, Qlikview and Faststats
