TPP are recruiting a Supporter Insight Analyst for a well established Charity based in London.

The new Supporter Engagement approach is moving them quickly from short-term product led fundraising to long term relationship building with our supporters. At the heart of this new approach are insight, innovation and relationship building. This role will sit in the new Supporter Experience team which will lead on the strategic development of all supporter experiences across the supporter Impact & Income directorate. Your analysis and insight will help maximise the lifetime value of the entire supporter base, shape all supporter journeys, establish lifetime value goals and
develop high level supporter contact strategies. The team will also lead on managing and co-ordinating business analysis, supporter innovation, insight, events and portfolio management.

Key activities:

Performing analysis that informs supporter journeys and / or income generation

Responsibilities include:
 The management of our self-service reporting suite through Microsoft Power BI
 Project manage analytical projects
 Ownership and improvement upon of existing statistical models built using a variety of statistical languages

Lead on investigating trends such as increase/decrease in income and give insight into the reasons behind the trends and advise on appropriate action

Develop new tools to improve supporter experience and maximise their contributions across the organisation. Eg. Recommendation engines for cross-selling/next best ask
 Undertake key audience profiling, including demographic profiling, methods of support and cross overs between products
Perform supporter journey analysis, then advise on which supporters should be targeted for which products and asks, how the supporters should be segmented and test and
evaluate results
 Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise and impactful fashion, using data visualisation techniques and strong communication skills
 Communicate insight findings to internal stakeholders and manage and advise on their use to maximise their impact on the business.
Train and empower staff to understand and utilise supporter data more effectively, such as by running reports and actioning findings. Support internal staff to carry out their own
data analysis where appropriate.
 Contribute insight findings to the Supporter Impact and Income Strategy, and Whole Organisation Marketing Strategy
 Manage own workload and keep up to date with relevant advances in the field of data and insight, prioritise and to log all work in the appropriate system.

To be successful in this role you will:
Highly skilled in quantitative analysis and interpretation of supporter or customer data and able to use statistical analysis to understand supporter behaviour (Essential)
Proficient at using Power BI, including DAX (Essential)
Ability to interpret statistical information into clear analytical reports, data visualisation or presentations, including practical application of the findings (Essential)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Essential)
Statistical software use, such as SPSS, SAS, FastStats, R Studio, Python, SQL or similar (Essential)
Strong communicator who is able to clearly present back findings enthuse and enable others to make the most of the data that is available to them (Essential)
 Logical, structured, strategic thinking (Essential)
 Accurate and numerate with attention to detail (Essential)
 Strong organisational and planning skills (Essential)
