A brand-new Supporter Engagement post has opened up with a health charity. This is a great time to join them as you will have full control of their Individual Giving programme and the direction it takes going forward. They have previously been very reactive with this programme and have realised that they need to take a proactive approach to drive their programme forward.

Location: North London - Hybrid working, mix of home working and office based

Working as the Supporter Engagement Manager you will be very involved with the development of their fundraising strategy with a focus on increasing voluntary income. You will manage the cycle of testing new channels as well as developing new acquisition and retention products led by audience insight. Work with the wider team to develop and implement a stewardship programme that includes regular mailings, e-news letters and digital activity. You will have line management responsibilities of 2 officers within the team, managing their work as well as their professional development.

They will be looking for candidates who have experience of develop acquisition or retention campaigns, delivered across a variety of channels including direct mail and digital. Experience of developing an effective supporter stewardship journey. Within this role you will be working with a variety of external agencies, having experience managing the relationship with them and ensuring they are delivery campaigns on time is vital.
