TPP have partnered with an inspiring new mental health charity to recruit a Supporter Development Manager on a full time and permanent basis, working at their head office in London.
This is a truly unique opportunity to develop your professional experience by working on an innovative fundraising programme. You will be responsible for the delivery of the retention strategy, as well as working in partnership with the Head of Marketing and Development to maximise the success of acquisition initiatives. You can expect to oversee a range of audiences and channels, including direct mail and telemarketing, as well as leading on the implementation of a critical supporter satisfaction programme.
The team and charity:
You will be part of a small, but warm and committed team, all working towards the broader aim of developing early supporters into lifetime donors. Although you will be able to function autonomously, you will benefit greatly from the support of the wider team. This comprises some high profile and experienced and senior management fundraisers, creating a progressive and developmental environment.
You can expect a dynamic and creative office culture, which is both strategic and agile in equal measure.
