A national children's charity which provides services to vulnerable young people is seeking a Supporter Delivery Officer.
The role sits within the Supporter Impact and Income Directorate team which is responsible for large scale communications to a range of supporters. You will deliver campaigns to specific supporter audiences to achieve maximum and long-term impact and income using a wide variety of channels with a key focus on digital activity.
You will participate in the development and execution of the online user journey and use regular testing to improve all campaign metrics. You will work closely with the digital team to schedule, plan and deliver email, web and mobile/SMS campaigns. You will also use Google Analytics to monitor website and social media interaction and make appropriate recommendations. Finally, you will create online content for web, mobile and social media.
To be successful in this role you will have sound digital experience and knowledge with excellent project management skills. You will have strong numeracy and analytic skills to interpret data and report on campaign results. You will be dedicated in pursuing a career in digital fundraising. Finally, you will be passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable young people.
