An established health charity are seeking a Supporter Care Supervisor to join their team the successful candidate will manage and develop a team of 4.
Main duties for the Supporter Care Supervisor:
Champion customer care
Responsible for overall thanking for the charity
Set and manage all KPI's for the team
Ensuring the team are providing tailored thank you letters and communication
Produce management reports for the team
Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Supervisor:
Excellent leadership and development skills
Knowledge of legal, statutory and compliance requirements
Experience of manipulating data
Experience of supporter care
Staff management experience
