A excellent opportunity as arisen for you within a world leading Disability Charity for a permanent role as a Supporter Services Officer based in London. Our client offers an environment where you can deliver effective management of supporter relationships and provide higher standard stewardship via telephone to supporters. Closing date 12/04/16
Main duties that you as a Supporter Services Officer will be focused on:
Working alongside the Individual Giving team to develop business cases&scripts.
Deliver on key aspects of the telemarketing campaign.
Take part in the recruitment of additional staff.
Addressing supporter queries via email and helpline.
Updating information on inhouse CRM system.
Which of your existing skills and experience you will utilise for this Supporter Services Officer role:
Your key understanding of the importance of being flexible on your working hours for this role, including weekend and evenings.
Excellent telephone and customer care ability.
Your proficiency in Microsoft office and any CRM system or database you have used.
Previous experience in a similar role where you worked towards targets.
You will take advantage of your educational background: A-level and GCSE: Maths+English
