An established health charity is seeking a Supporter Care Officer to join their team for a fixed term contract of 7 months.

Main duties for the Supporter Care Officer:
Manage supporter care inbox, responding to enquiries and complainants
Process new direct debits and standing orders
Take debit and credit card payments over the phone
Drafting and sending thank you letters
Scanning direct debit forms
Opening post
Coding and sorting income

Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Officer:
Previous customer service and supporter care experience
Experience of handling data
Previous experience of handling complaints
Strong administration skills
