TPP is working on behalf of a International Aid charity to recruit a Supporter Care Manager to lead and inspire their team.
Main duties for the Supporter Care Manager:
Manage complaints and feedback
Develop key performance indicators and negotiate
Build internal and external relationships
Measure and report performance of the team
Develop and maintain processes and policies
Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Manager:
Previous experience supervising or managing and developing staff
Understanding of supporter/ customer care
Excellent communication skills
Experience of creating and developing policies and procedures
Previous experience of developing and maintaining KPI's
