A unique opportunity has risen for an experienced Supporter Care Manager to get involved at ground level working alongside your project lead to implement a fresh new department and grow this exciting project for a well respected Animal charity that will benefit its multiple locations.
Main responsibilities for this Supporter Care Manager:
Lead your team to provide outstanding supporter care and accurate processing of donations.
Contribute to successful fundraising campaign supporter care.
Ensure Gift Aid processed accurately in accordance with HMRC regulation.
Deliver on continuous improving of engagement and retention of supporters.
Evaluate effectiveness of team performance.
Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Manager:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of database systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics.
Highly organised, articulate and ability to problem solve.
Experience managing external response handling suppliers.
Line management experience in a similar role.
