A national charity based in London are seeking an experienced Supporter Care Manager to lead their team, the successful candidate will manage a team of 3 to ensure the charity delivers first class supporter care.

Main duties for the Supporter Care Manager:
Manage, train and develop a team of 3
Manage the quality of customer care both written and verbal communications
Review team processes, procedures, supplier agreements and existing support care strategy
Implement new processes to maximize outcome
Manage Gift Aid administration
Set and manage KPI?s
Manage all external relationships and contracts

Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Manager:
Strong experience within supporter care/ customer services
Strong line management skills and experience
Knowledge of supporter reactivation programmes of work
Understanding of Gift Aid scheme
Ability to deliver training
Ability to carry out strategic reviews
