A well-established national charity are seeking an experienced Supporter Care manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have line management responsibility for a team of supporter care executives.
Main duties for the Supporter Care Manager:
Supporter care management and delivery
Responsible for creating and developing protocols and procedures for supporter care
Managing internal and external relationships
Extensive knowledge of compliance with external rules and regulations
Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Manager:
Experience of leading and motivating a team
Proven experience of working within a customer care/ supporter care environment
Experience of communicating with supporters
Knowledge and experience of direct debit scheme, Gift Aid, PCI-DSS and data protection legislation
Experience of developing and implementing new systems
Experience of preparing and managing annual budgets
