The role starts on the 14th December and will be office based due to some of the duties of the role which includes banking. This is a very busy time for the charity and they are looking for candidates with Raiser's Edge experience. Interviews will be held remotely from the 7th December.

This post sits amongst a team of five others working in the dynamic Supporter Care team which is part of their ambitious Supporter Impact and Income Directorate. This is busy customer service environment that requires adequate staff cover at all times.

The role will include inspiring and mobilising people and communities across the country to give their time, money and voice to their cause, collectively transforming the lives of young people.

Th team is responsible for the full range of services for their fundraising, volunteering and campaigning activities which means you will be processing donated income in an efficient effective and timely manner and acknowledging the receipt of gifts, ensuring their supporters receive the best level of service at all times.

In the context of these responsibilities you will be expected to champion and adhere to fundraising compliance. This includes areas such as Data Protection Regulations, cash handling and banking, Gift Aid and the Fundraising Code of Practice. You will be responsible for maintaining their supporter records and handling their donations in a compliant way.

Experience required for the role

  • Working to deadlines, targets and set standards
  • Experience of reconciliation and the processing of donations or income
  • Experience of working with a CRM - ideally Raiser's Edge
