TPP have an exciting opportunity for a Supporter care coordinator to join the team of the UK's leading charity supporting people with hearing loss, deafness and tinnitus.
The purpose of this role is to support the Charity's ambitious Engagement strategy through delivery of exceptional supporter care. Working with colleagues in the Supporter Care team to answer enquiries from supporters, members and other members of the public received via the phone, text phone, email, post and live text service. To receive and process income in line with the charity's process and to ensure that supporters receive a warm personalised acknowledgement.
Some of the duties will include:
To be the first point of contact for supporters and members fundraising enquiries, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Take ownership of supporter enquiries and ensure our key messages are communicated in an inspiring and motivational way, maximising every opportunity to increase income & supporter engagement.
Ensure all donations and data entry is entered correctly and efficiently on the fundraising database.
Meet deadlines for processing donations across a broad range of income streams.
Ensure supporters are thanked appropriately for their support within agreed SLA's. Tailoring responses to comments or motivations for support received with donations.
Work closely and proactively with colleagues in & outside of fundraising teams, developing strong relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience working in a customer care environment with direct contact with customers.
Experience of working with a data entry systems, ensuring clean data capture
Experience of donation or payment processing
Email and letter writing for enquiry responses and donation acknowledgements
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multi task with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Experience of using MS Office packages
