About the role:
A new Supporter Care Coordinator role with an international development charity has opened due to internal promotion within the team.
As the Supporter Care Coordinator, you will be key to delivering excellent supporter care for the charity. Your exceptional supporter service will deepen relationships with the charity's supporters and volunteers. You will manage all incoming supporter communications and implement an innovative thank you and retention programme to ensure all donors are thanked in a timely way that inspires continued support.

As well as this, you will provide an effective and efficient gift and income administration service, including administration of Direct Debit claims, Tax Relief, Gift Aid Claims, processes, and documentation - meeting all rules and regulations.
You will also support and implement a donor programme to build stronger relationships, grow the charity's income and ensure their supporters receive exceptional stewardship, delighting and inspiring them to continue to support the charity's work around the world.

Skills and experience you will have:
* Experience in processing donations and fundraising administration.
* Proficiency in gift administration including gift aid in a CRM system (preferably Raiser's Edge).
* Applied knowledge of Gift Aid administration and documentation.
* Applied knowledge of financial and fundraising regulations and compliance including PCI and Gift Aid.
* Confident interpersonal skills with experience of inspiring and interacting with supporters in a fundraising environment.

This is full-time position offering a flexible hybrid working pattern, with 3 days of your choice in the office. The office is based in Kingston, London.
