An established health charity is seeking a Supporter Care Assistant to join their team, the successful candidate will manage a high number of calls per day.
Main duties for the Supporter Care Assistant:
Manage all incoming calls and directing calls when required
Manage all emails and queries via the post
Re directing calls to relevant teams
Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Assistant:
Excellent comer service skills
Ability and desire to manage a large volume of calls
Excellent telephone manner
Strong administration skills
Knowledge of MS office
