TPP Fundraising and Development team are delighted to be supporting an amazing disability charity as they look to recruit a Supporter Acquisition Manager into their successful fundraising team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced fundraiser looking for a role that will give you the variety of multi-channel campaigns as well as developing new approaches.

As the Supporter Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing over the acquisition programme, delivering a range of campaign utilise a variety of channels such as direct mail, DRTV, PSMS and digital. This is an exciting time for the team as they look to build upon their success and invest in new campaigns to attracted new supporters. Preparing and presenting new campaign proposals to the Head of department, along with the continued testing and innovation of products that are offered to their audiences. You will work closely with the Retention and Development Manager to ensure there is consistent communication to all supporters as well as an effective welcome plan in place. Another key relationship within this role is with the data team to ensure there are accurate and effective reconciliation as well as reporting on key performance indicators.

They are looking for a candidate that has solid experience within Individual Giving, delivering successful campaigns across a variety of different channels. Key to this role will be knowledge of different approaches, having experience delivering through DRTV, PSMS, direct mail, inserts, telephone and digital. You will have experience managing a relationship with suppliers/external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and with the right message. You will have experience line managing a team, being key to their personal development and success of their work. Finally, they will be looking for someone who is confident analysing data, using this to drive successful campaigns.
