The TPP Fundraising team are delighted to be supporting a leading children's cancer charity with the search for a new Supporter Acquisition Executive. This is an amazing career opportunity as you will be part of their grow and develop within their Individual Giving programme, working from scratch to support in their ambitious growth strategy.
Working as their Supporter Acquisition Executive you will have responsibility for developing and delivering new direct marketing led supporter acquisition campaigns, these will be delivered across a range of activities that can include: regular giving, lotteries, cash appeals and payroll giving to name a few. As they are developing this area the role will have an element of researching and developing new methods of engaging with supporters, being creative in your approach and keeping ahead of the market. You will be responsible for working with a range of external suppliers and managing budgets for all the campaigns you are responsible for. You will also work with the data team to monitor and analyse campaign performance, ensuring that the data is informing their fundraising campaigns.

They will be looking for someone who has proven experience of managing direct marketing campaigns, working across channels such as door to door, private sites, direct mail and digital. A passion for undertaking campaign testing and using data to support in decision making. You will have strong communications skills both to influence internal teams but also to work successfully with external agencies. Experience in developing engaging creative and communications, with the ability to constructively critique concepts and copy.
