TPP Recruitment are excited to be working with a vital charity who improve the lives of children and young people with neurological conditions through providing a world-class blend of services such as education and residential services, healthcare, research, training for professionals and information for parents. They are now looking to recruit a Support and Inclusion Manager to join the Youth Development Team.

There is flexibility in this role to be home based or to access the new office space in London. You'll need to have the ability to work in London at least once a month.

As the Support and Inclusion Manager, you'll lead on a new inclusion offer and strategy, to enable children and young people with neurological conditions such as epilepsy and autism to thrive and succeed through support, inclusion, participation and digital services.

Managing a small team, you'll lead the development, management and delivery of a range of services to children, young people and their families, as well as ensuring all young people are included in education through embedding 'whole family' support principles into a support package and delivery framework, including digital, face to face and group inclusion activities. You'll also lead the provision of online training resources for schools and professionals.

Working closely with the Head of Youth Development, you'll lead on measuring impact and reach as well as looking ahead to further develop the inclusion support offer. You'll engage with a range of stakeholders from charity partners to local authorities, nurse clinics and schools and will enjoy working dynamically and creatively.

To be considered for this role, you'll have extensive youth, education and inclusion experience and will be familiar with working holistically with networks such as statutory agencies, charities, social work and child protection environment and others. Specialist knowledge of neurological conditions is not necessary but you will be keen to learn.

The charity put young people at the heart of everything they do and this role is pivotal to the charity's ambitious mission and vision.
