An established Education Charity who provide training and development for teachers are looking for a driven education sales professional to sell their teacher training courses in the UK and internationally.
From initial engagement with schools and colleges through to registering the students, you'll collaborate with the marketing, student services and education teams to sell teacher training courses. Working closely with the student support team, you will consistently drive and improve excellent customer service across the entire student journey from inquiry to enrolment.
As the Student Sales Manager, you will, in collaboration with colleagues, develop and take ownership of a recruitment plan to meet annual targets, grow and develop new business and relationships with partners and colleges maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, attend and deliver recruitment events in colleges and recruitment fairs and seek out networking opportunities and execute recruitment campaigns.
You will also contribute to identifying developments in the global student recruitment market and contribute to national and international recruitment activity plans focussed on priority markets.
To be considered, you'll already have an established background in education-based sales within the UK and ideally internationally and will be able to demonstrate meeting and exceeding student recruitment targets. You'll have a track record of using your commercial mindset to achieve KPIs, develop new talent acquisition tactics and be able to influence and challenge thinking in a professional and tactful way.
