A top London University's Student Information Management Programme is looking to recruit a Student Record Project Administrator working with Departments across College to capture, translate and build programme information into its new student system. This role is critical in delivering the overall vision of an excellent student and staff experience; empowered staff; and integrated systems. This project will provide the University with the single source of truth for the student academic lifecycle, transform business processes and provide improvements to the student and staff experience at Imperial. The post holder will work closely with Registry colleagues, academic departments and the SIMP Project Team.

To make a success of this role, you will have experience of building curriculum in a registry system and a very strong knowledge of Excel and handling large quantities of data. Previous experience in Higher Education is essential. You must be able to work well in a team and be flexible and friendly, as well as having great attention to detail.
