A London university are currently looking for a Student Records Manager who will be working within the Registry department.
As the Student Records Manager, you will be leading a team which co-ordinates processes relating to the maintenance of student records as well as enrolment and graduation.
You will also be required to lead the Student Records Team in maintaining accurate records and advise the Academic Registrar and senior colleagues. Other responsibilities include implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to support the administration of the student records. This includes ensuring changes in fees, enrolment status or visa adjustments are processed efficiently and in line with the university's policy.
This role will also have an integral part in managing Registry aspects of Graduation Ceremonies to ensure an excellent experience for graduates and their guests.
To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience of maintaining an exceptional level of accuracy as well as excellent written and oral communication skills including report writing.
You will also have the ability to work independently and the ability to work as part of a diverse team and groups. It is essential that you have substantial experience of maintaining student records and student administration. The role requires up to date knowledge and detailed understanding of current issues in Higher Education including funding, regulatory and statutory frameworks.
It is advantageous but not essential to have experience with UnitE student records system.
