A leading charitable trust are looking to recruit a Student Programmes Coordinator to play a central role in their exciting student education programmes that aim to develop scientific thinking of young people at school or university and to achieve the wider aims of the charity; to improve social well-being.
The role will involve:
* All aspects of monitoring and coordinating the delivery of student programmes including monitoring partnership agreements and representing the organisation externally
* Managing the Student Application and Database System including reporting on data for annual reports, Trustee updates and policy purposes
* Coordinating regular contact with stakeholders such as students, partner organisations and universities, as well as communicating daily with a network of coordinators from across the UK and working flexibly with the wider team
While this role is varied, there is as strong need for someone with good system management and data analysis experience.
You will have at least 2 years education project/programme coordination experience, be able to demonstrate using a range of data management systems, have highly developed stakeholder management skills and take an innovative and flexible approach.
You will stand out if you also have knowledge of the UK education system (particularly in science and mathematics education) or experience with employer engagement in education.
