Student Information Service Manager

We are working with a leading university to recruit a Student Information Service Manager on a permanent basis paying circa £40k. The University offers an excellent range of competitive benefits including 30 days annual leave, private medical insurance and life assurance.

The University prides itself on providing an exceptional experience for their students. This role will be responsible for managing the services provided by the Student Information Service team, embedding an environment where the student experience is prioritised and the service is operating to a high standard. You will lead on the development of the Service and the Student Information Point, working towards a more integrated and consistent customer service provision ensuring that the team adheres to policies and procedures set by the University. You will also be responsible for data reporting and checking to ensure all data is complete and up-to-date.

This role will suit someone with exceptional customer service skills, people management and strong data experience. You must be invested in delivering the highest standard of customer care whilst also ensuring operational efficiency. You will be passionate about customer service, believe that the student experience should be second to none and have had previous experience with student records systems.
