Student Experience Officer

We are currently looking to recruit a Student Experience Officer for an award-winning training provider.
This is a permanent role based in Cambridge for 16 hours per week over two days. The role is paying £7904 per annum.

As the Student Experience Officer, you will support the customer service and administrative running of the training centre ensuring students and visitors receive an outstanding experience in the training centre.

Responsibilities will include:
Provide a welcoming presence at our front desk, welcoming and meeting our students and clients and creating a positive first impression
Resolve training location related student and client queries,
Generate class lists, course assessments and other course associated documents in accordance with daily class schedules
Enter information onto the student management system, including absences and updates to student personal details
Ensure that the student environment, including all break-out areas classrooms, and also the shared office space are presentable

To be successful in the role you will have excellent customer service skills and experience of working in customer facing environment. You will have strong attention to detail, be proactive and personable and have a service driven and quality focused approach.
