An established Education Charity who provide training and courses for teaching in the Early Years for UK and international students are in a period of growth and looking for a self-starting, talented Student Data and Information Officer to help meet their increasing demand of student data requirements.

The role will be appointed on a full time, permanent basis with an excellent benefits package and flexible working.

In an exciting time to join this organisation, this is a new position that will require a lot of initiative and independent thinking but will also work in collaboration with Student Services, Recruitment and Marketing.

As the Student Data and Information Officer, you'll use your solid understanding of Higher Education statutory data reporting requirements to take full ownership of both quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring data administration is completed to a high standard.

Excitingly, you'll use your experience of working with Salesforce to assess the current data processes and will use your initiative and technical expertise to design, develop and implement new processes that meet the statutory requirements for OfS and HESA.

You can expect some of your key responsibilities to involve; creating, producing and submitting data returns for regulatory and statutory bodies (OfS, HESA), maintaining and updating student records including changes such as deferrals, withdrawals and transfers, keep track and report on students' progression, retiontion, attainment, learning analytics, attendance and VLE (moodle) engagement statistics. You will also coordinate student surveys and present results to the Quality Enhancement Committee.

To be considered you must have extensive experience in HE student data management, preferably with experience of salesforce and moodle. You must have a track record of being a self-starter with evidence of setting up processes or procedures in relation to student data and be able to advise on improvements.
