We are looking to recruit a Student Conduct Manager for an innovative university that challenges convention.

This is a permanent role paying £34.300k per annum an offers hybrid working opportunities which can be flexible.

As the Student Conduct Manager, you will play an important role in promoting a safe culture and create a welcoming and inclusive community across their three campuses. You will consider, investigate, and adjudicate on individual student cases of alleged misconduct. You will be responsible for advising, and supporting members of the community, on the operation of the Code of Student Conduct, and for the review, development, and implementation of the Code. You will work with other professional services colleagues and with the Students' Union to take forward actions that promote an inclusive and welcoming environment.

This position is an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked in a similar role in a school, college, university.

To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experience:
Senior experience of work in a relevant or similar role such as investigative casework, student services or employee relations.
Experience of working successfully within a regulatory framework or procedure driven environment
Experience of dealing confidently and sensitively with challenging and emotional situations
Experience of conducting one-to-one meetings, gathering and analysing large quantities of complex information, and producing accurate records
