An award winning university are recruiting a Student Conduct and Complaints Officer.

Working within the registry department this is a brand new role for the organisation within a growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Student Administration, the Student Conduct and Complaints Officer will provide administrative support on all aspects of student conduct (both academic and non-academic) and student complaints for the University.

As the Student Conduct and Complaints Officer you would advise on and manage the two key University procedures (namely, The Student Complaints Procedure, and non-academic Student Disciplinary Procedures). You will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of these procedures, and will be the designated point of contact for both staff and students in this regard.

To be successful in the role you will have experience working within an administrative capacity within higher education with a high level of professionalism, personal initiative, proactivity and attention to detail. You will also have substantial experience of servicing committees and producing clear, concise and accurate Minutes.
