A world renowned membership and awarding body are recruiting for a Student Administration Manager to cover a maternity leave and take overall responsibility for the planning, management and performance of the Student Administration team.
The role holder will lead on the development, improvement and delivery of all administrative processes and procedures associated with the qualifications and exams in order that targets for service and quality excellence are achieved.
As someone with experience in leading and managing a team in a calm and assured way, quickly building up relationships to support them but also be firm to ensure that SLAs and targets are met, you will be approachable but also efficient.
Coming from an awarding, professional or HR body where you have experience of working to and ensuring regulatory standards and processes, you will also be the main point of contact for all escalations of centre and student complaints.
You will have excellent communication skills to build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders such as internal colleagues like the Assessment Team as well as centres, academics, external quality assurers and students.
This role will require someone who is able to manage multiple projects and ensure projects and SLA activities are always moving forward, as well as forward plan based on projections ensuring timescales, activities and resources are in place to cope with demands.
