Are you a natural leader who constantly demonstrates exceptional customer service? We have a unique opportunity to join an international Christian Children’s charity as a Store Manager focusing on their retail arm based in one the world’s largest and exciting shopping centres, London.
As a Store Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver the organization’s vision and provide excellent customer service to instill passion for the organization’s purpose of helping the world’s most vulnerable children. You will have the opportunity to work for a lively, collaborative and supportive team whilst adding value to a credible organization that works to bring hope to millions of disadvantaged children.
As a Store Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a high performing team of Retail Fundraisers; ensuring they exceed sales targets
Monitoring the stores targets and performance; ensuring personal targets are also met
Delivering an outstanding customer service and transaction experience
Monitoring staff members and creating rotas
Managing daily operations of the trading arm including monitoring stock, ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date and recruitment of new members, when necessary
Ensuring that operational processes for the store comply with the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association
Engaging in training sessions and maintain training records to best utilize your team’s performance
Working closely alongside the People & Culture Team to effectively manage your team dynamic
As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee the trading arm and provide inspirational leadership. You will have proven experience either within retail, fundraising, sales or customer service. You will be a leadership guru; working to drive the organisation’s vision forward and motivate others.
