TPP are excited to be working with a well respected children's charity. This role would sit within the Supporter management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated and enthusiastic Stewardship Executive.

In this role, you will work with colleagues to ensure our highest level donors receive a tailored stewardship package which values their support and inspires them to remain committed to the charity.

You will create bespoke stewardship and be responsible for the Charities 'Family' and 'One Unforgettable Day' - matrixes we use to ensure donors are appropriately recognised and thanked. Through your work, you will be giving donors the opportunity to understand our work and the difference their support makes. And by doing that, you'll help to keep hundreds of thousands of children safe. The Major Giving team is a close and supportive one, with an active social life.

Purpose of this role:
To ensure that the charities highest level donors are valued, recognised and re-engaged through the provision of high quality stewardship activities.

Some of the main responsibilities:
Update and maintain the Family information and data on the website and on the Raiser's Edge database
Establish, run, manage and analyse such reporting mechanisms as are required to ensure that stewardship of donors functions well and that opportunities can be exploited and challenges anticipated
Act as the point of contact for all fundraisers as regards stewardship queries and requests, and proactively disseminate information about stewardship to colleagues
Develop ways to recognise and communicate with donors so that they feel valued by the charity.
Produce bespoke stewardship artwork, certificates and thank you gifts for high value donors.
General administrative duties as required by the Supporter Management team
Occasionally, support the Engagement and Stewardship Manager and Events Fundraiser on stewardship events

Person Specification:
Experience in looking after clients or donors and ensuring their satisfaction with your organisation or the service you provide
Proven ability to organise and plan own work, identifying conflicting demands and establishing clear priorities in order to meet agreed objectives
Experience of managing quantities of data, analysing findings and presenting them clearly and accurately in a way that meets desired outcomes
Experience of using Windows-based software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail and the internet, in order to deliver tasks and projects, and to maintain administrative and information systems
Experience of using a database such as Raiser's Edge
