We are working with a well-established charity based in London to recruit a Stewardship Assistant, the successful candidate will have previous experience of managing and cultivating supporters. You will ensure that all donors receive first class supporter care.
Main duties for the Stewardship Assistant:
Manage and coordinate stewardship of donors
Update and maintain data on the Raisers Edge database
Act as the main point of contact for all fundraisers regarding stewardship queries and requests
Develop ways to recognise donors
Manage and analyse reporting mechanisms
Essential criteria for the Stewardship Assistant:
Experience of looking after/ managing donors or clients
Proven ability to manage own work load
Ability to analyse data findings
Strong writing and communication skills
MS office skills
