A leading national charity focusing on supporting older people and creating a society where all older people are treated with respect and have the opportunity to live fulfilled lives are recruiting for a Social Care Trainer, based either from home and travelling throughout the South East and London including Surrey, Hampshire and Essex in order to design and deliver mandatory training including the delivery of the Care Certificate and refresher training to colleagues using a range of training methods to motivate and meet the needs of different learning styles.
As someone who is registered adult nurse and has a range of experience in this field including supporting older people and those with dementia, you will also have experience in delivering training to groups as well as providing coaching and 1:1 support sessions in order to proactively identify future learning needs and deliver the appropriate compliance and behavioural training across multiple locations.
You will be an innovative and dynamic individual with practical experience of designing and delivering a range of learning interventions in order to support the Learning and Development Manager and Team and assist in building a sustainable learning culture throughout the organisation by maintaining strong interpersonal relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
