Working for a growing national charity, as the Service Desk Support Specialist you'll be delivering IT Helpdesk 1st/2nd line support, including setting up accounts, IT administration as well assisting with security and project delivery.
Prior experience in giving 1st/2nd line support is essential, as is working knowledge of configuring and installing hardware and software. Working as part of wider IT team, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT related queries, giving you the ability to work with the wider business and liaising with colleagues at all level, therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
This is a fixed term contract for 3 - 6 months initially, but can be extended for up to 12 months, based in open planned offices based in West London.
