TPP are delighted to be working with a government approved apprenticeship assessment organisation to recruit a Service Delivery Manager.

Have you worked within a regulated environment or a awarding organisation? This role would suit someone that understands how important the audit trail is. Do you have a scheduling background?

Working as part of the Management Team, the Service Delivery Manager will manage the Service Delivery team (five reports) to deliver all customer facing activity including the co-ordination, scheduling and invoicing of end-point assessments and the timely applications for Apprenticeship certificates.

You will provide management reports on performance, future activity and key performance metrics. You will ensure that audit trails are maintained through efficient and consistent documentation of processes and activities.

You will play a central role in the implementation of the new administration system, ensuring the service transition in a controlled and seamless manner, making suggestions for adaptations and improvements.

To be successful in this role you will have experienced in managing complex and time critical scheduling of activities and projects, you will have proven success in improving processes and systems. You will have experience in delivering against service standards and providing a great customer experience.

You will be an effective line manager, you will be experienced in developing teams and supporting high performance. You will be also able to demonstrate your effectiveness in managing customer relationships and dealing with complaints.
