A high-profile health-focused charity in London is currently looking for a Senior Trust & Statutory Manager to join their successful Philanthropy & Partnerships Team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising trust and institutional income for the charity, developing existing relationships and establishing a pipeline and cultivation strategy.

  • Creating a strategy to increase value/frequency of gifts with a view to leading the team to generate over £1 million from Trust and Statutory partners

  • Responsibility for developing and maintaining a portfolio of prospective and existing high value (£100k+) relationships

The team is currently working with numerous multi-year partnerships, and are looking to build on recent growth and successes.

They are happy for someone to 'step up' from their previous position into this role, ideally looking for someone with strong ideas, keen to lead a programme of change and create a vision for the team to deliver over the next 3 to 5 years.

Ideally, you will have experience of leading small to medium size teams, with personal experience of winning large grants. Experience of large institutional donors would be ideal, but not an absolute necessity.

If you are interested in this role or wish to register with TPP to hear about future posts, please call Andrew on 020 7198 6040 or send your CV to fundraising@tpp.co.uk. We do try to get in touch with all applications of interest however due to the volume of applications we receive this isn't always possible.
