A small and highly niche membership charity focused on member services and professional qualifications is seeking a skilled Systems Development Administrator for a key role. This role is offered on a 2 year fixed term basis, with a view to becoming a permanent role.
The role will involve:
-Being the main point of contact for all IT systems and infrastructure related issues for the organisation of 25 people.
-Oversee the modernisation and integration between a number of the organisations systems; particularly the CRM (CiviCRM) and the online learning / qualifications platform (Quartz)
-Administering, integrating and selecting all of the organisations systems and ensuring they are fit for purpose
-Working with outsourced suppliers and stakeholders on a number of issues
-Advising the organisation on the most appropriate file sharing technology
-Helping the organisation in becoming fully digital
Candidate requirements:
-Experience working in a stand-alone IT role or in small team in a similar sized organisation
-A good grounding in an all-round IT role covering systems administration, hardware, software, networks and servers
-Specific systems administration and integration experience is required for this role. Ideally you will have some exposure to the professional body / awarding body sector and have some exposure to elearning technology, although this is not essential.
-Familiarity with any of the following systems would be advantageous: CiviCRM, Quartz, Moodle, IMIS, RM Results, Edumatic, other membership, qualifications or online learning technologies.
